10 Month Employees Vacation Payout Deferral Option

10 month employees can defer receiving vacation pay to September.  Members have up to June 26 to make their decision.  The payout of vacation balance will be in September if deferral is selected. 

If an election is not made then the default will be to pay it out in the summer.  Details below:
